MUDVAYNE were forced to cancel the remainder of their European tour due to frontman Chad (Kud) Gray's ongoing vocal cord problems, which are a result of an injury which occurred when the band was touring the American west coast last month.
In an official statement from the band, drummer sPaG comments, 'We are very frustrated with this situation, but feel confident that after a short break, Chad will be back to 100 per cent. We are sorry for the inconvenience and share the disappointment of our fans that were excited to see the shows. In the future, we look forward to returning to Europe and putting on the show our fans expect from us.'
As a form of compensation to their British fans, MUDVAYNE are planning to give away 1,000 special limited edition singles featuring an exclusive live version of  'Cradle', which were originally pressed for sale at the UK shows.

OSMOSE PRODUCTIONS SIGNS USA DEAL WITH SPV RECORDS
Hannover, Germany - SPV Records and Osmose Productions have inked a deal to bring the entire Osmose catalog to USA, effective immediately.
Osmose Records, a pioneering black metal label, has been a stalwart of the metal community for a decade.  Its first release was Worship Him, the now-legendary debut album from Switzerland's SAMAEL.  The label's biggest sellers to date came in 1993 in the form of IMPALED NAZARENE's Tol cormpt norz norz norz and IMMORTAL's Diabolical Fullmoon Mysticism.  These records further solidified Osmose's position as the leader in black metal, and marked the first bit of profit owner Hervé Herbaut saw.  'I was still working my day job, working night and day to make ends meet,' he said. 'But it was something I wanted more than anything.'
Osmose was also the label that introduced the world to bands like MARDUK, ENSLAVED, DARK TRANQUILITY, ABSU, and NOTRE DAME.  Carrying on tradition and proving Herbaut's ear for new metal is as good as ever, Osmose has recently signed five new acts: HOUWITSER, IMPIETY, DIVINE DECAY, ARKHON INFAUSTUS, and DOMAIN.  'It's a new challenge and we are ready to hit!' said Herbaut. All five bands will have Osmose releases out this year.
SPV Records will have exclusive rights to the releases.  'We are looking forward to bringing Osmose to the USA,' said Manfred Schütz, Managing Director of SPV.  'Hervé has worked hard to build Osmose into one of the best black metal labels in the world and we are excited about working with such a dedicated individual.'

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
TESLA THRILLED BY FAN REACTION TO REUNION TOUR NEW LIVE AND STUDIO ALBUMS BEING DISCUSSED
The reunion tour undertaken by the original lineup of TESLA has not only been thrilling to rabid fans nationwide, but the band members themselves.
Vocalist Jeff Keith, guitarists Frank Hannon and Tommy Skeoch, bass guitarist Brian Wheat and drummer Troy Luccketta are playing sold-out shows all across the country. In fact, some shows have had to be moved to larger venues because of the ticket demand.
The next leg of the tour kicks off on Friday, March 23 in Detroit, MI, and TESLA's excitement keeps growing.
'Oh man, the response so far has really exceeded our expectations,' said Keith. 'You never know what it's going to be like, but the people have embraced us. The buzz is great. I knew there were a lot of fans out there who were looking forward to this. We're out there having a great time on stage.'
'The fan reaction has been unreal. I thought it would be good, so I'm not totally surprised,' said Skeoch.
Since there's no new studio album out now, TESLA's tour is a 'greatest hits' showcase. Not only can fans expect to hear hits like 'Love Song' and 'Modern Day Cowboy', but there are some fresh surprises in store too.
'We're doing some older songs from the first album (Mechanical Resonance) that we never played much at all. We're also working up a few more songs from Bust a Nut,' Keith said. 'On this tour, we're doing an all-electric set, that's why we're referring to this as the 'replugged' tour. We're also doing an electric version of 'Signs.''
Keith said a live album is in the works from this tour, but the previously discussed possibility of following that with an all-covers album has been put on hold. The simple reason is that the band members are too eager to work on a brand new studio album.
TESLA has been playing around with a few ideas for new songs, but intense songwriting sessions haven't begun yet.
'Frank and I have been kicking a few song ideas around on the tour bus. Some of them are ideas he remembered from years ago that were never completed,' Skeoch said.
TESLA's original run ended in 1996 after more than decade together produced six albums overall.
'The breakup was hard,' Skeoch recalls, 'and I don't think we take each other for granted anymore. We respect each other more now and we're playing better than ever. We're lucky to do this for a living.'
