Teenmusic.com is reporting that EVANESCENCE singer Amy Lee is still refusing to comment on her bandmate Ben Moody's sudden departure — despite industry reports the pair were lovers.
Guitarist Moody quit the heavy rock band's European tour last month, flying home to America before a planned concert in Berlin, Germany, without telling anyone else in the group.
Since the shock departure, rumors Lee and Moody enjoyed a on-off relationship until recently have surfaced — but Lee is refusing to comment on the reports.
She says, "We're all still trying to figure out what's going on with him. He left the tour, that's all we know. I haven't spoken to him and he hasn't spoken to me or anyone else in the band."
However, Lee did add that Moody, who she says "has some issues", is "very unpredictable, there's no way of knowing what he'll do from one day to the next".
