IRON MAIDEN Ranked 18th Most Collected Music Artist

A Spanish journalist music journalist and avid collector has ranked IRON MAIDEN as the 18th "most collected" musical artist, according to a posting at the IRON MAIDEN fan site MaidenFans.com.

Jordi Tarda has published a book about the craze of music collecting, entitled "Diario de un Coleccionista" ("The Diary of a Collector"). The first five positions on his list are occupied by THE BEATLES, THE ROLLING STONES, QUEEN, DIRE STRAITS and ELVIS PRESLEY. JIMI HENDRIX comes in at No. 12, JIM MORRISON at No. 15 and KURT COBAIN at No. 26. The other very-collectable heavy metal band, KISS, is behind MAIDEN, at No. 22.
