KAMELOT And KOBRA AND THE LOTUS Singers Are Engaged

KAMELOT singer Tommy Karevik and KOBRA AND THE LOTUS lead vocalist and songwriter Kobra Paige are engaged to be married.

Karevik apparently popped the question earlier this week in his hometown of Stockholm, Sweden.

The happy couple celebrated with a dinner that was attended by both their families.

On June 19, Tommy shared a few photos on his Facebook page and wrote in an accompanying message: "She said yes!!!! I am the luckiest man alive! Beautiful dinner in Stockholm with our families meeting for the first (but definitely not the last) time. We will be one big scandinadian family! A huge thank you to @jonasdahlbom and @piamatilda for the outstanding food and perfect help in planning this together with me! It wouldn't have been this great without you. How great is life!!?? Cheers to happiness, what ever that means to you"

Kobra shared some of the same pictures on her Facebook page and added: "BEST DAY EVER"

Tommy and the Calgary, Alberta, Canada native apparently met when KOBRA AND THE LOTUS supported KAMELOT on a European tour in 2015. Since then, Kobra has frequently appeared as a guest vocalist at KAMELOT shows.

Karevik joined KAMELOT in 2012 as the replacement for Roy Khan. He has appared on the band's last three studio albums, 2012's "Silverthorn", 2015's "Haven" and 2018's "The Shadow Theory".
